Three listings sell a side-by-side around Arikok National Park, and the first thing to know is that the vehicle itself cannot go in. The park banned the class in 2020, so a UTV day is either a north-coast circuit or a jeep transfer.
Start here, because it saves a wasted search. Fundacion Parke Nacional Aruba banned quad bikes from the park on 1 June 2020 and side-by-sides on 31 October the same year, after a survey of what off-road driving was doing to the vegetation, the water systems and the wildlife. Neither class has been admitted since.
So no operator sells a UTV ride to Conchi, and nobody can. What the three UTV listings here actually sell is one of two things: a north-coast circuit that stays outside the boundary altogether, or a day where you drive a side-by-side on the coast and transfer into a jeep for the park section. Both are good days. Neither is what the search term promises.
That is the whole point and it is a genuinely different day. A licence and a briefing, then a convoy behind a guide across open ground on the north coast.
Casibari and Ayo rock formations, the Bushiribana gold mill ruins, the Alto Vista Chapel, the California Lighthouse and a swim stop at Tres Trapi. None of it needs a national park pass and all of it needs a vehicle.
By jeep transfer, which is the honest way to do it. One gives you forty-five minutes inside the boundary and one gives you three quarters of an hour at Conchi itself.
